"FINE PRINT" - SALES POLICIES AND USER AGREEMENT

Thanks for your interest and support in tsai-fi. This agreement applies to all handmade items and screen printed shirts. When you purchase the previously mentioned items it means that you have read and agreed to the following:

Payment- After you click on the "must have it" button and you will check out with Paypal. Paypal is a secure site, so rest assured your personal info will be completely safe. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Shipping Information- After you have purchased an item through Paypal and I received the confirmation email, I will send the package out the next business day via USPS 2 day Priority Mail. There will be an extra charge if you must have any item by means of overnight or next day shipping, write me and email and we can work it out. If would like to purchase and you live outside of the continental U.S., shoot me an email for International shipping rates. I have shipped outside the U.S., it usually takes about a week for standard shipping.

Sales Tax - I know, I know...not the most exciting thing in the world. But 8.25% sales tax will only be applied to California residents.

Production Process - All my characters are my original designs. I do not use premade patterns of any kind. Therefore I hand make all my plushies. I have a limited number in stock. If the plushie that you want is currently out of stock, it will be made to order in two weeks or sooner permitting that there are not a lot of orders before yours. If I get backed upand it will be a lot longer, I will post it on the shop page.

Please email me if you are interested in creating a customized order where you would like to adjust the colors or size of any character in my shop. There will be an extra charge and again the production time will apply but you will have a one of a kind character.

Returns/Exchanges- Sorry there are no returns, every plushie has a uniqueness about them since they are handmade and there may be slight differences between the pictures on the sight and the actual items.

Plushie Age Grade - There are two cautionary messages that I would like to relate about my characters that are extremely important:

1.) Some of the content of the characters that I create have more adultlike themes and would not really be appropriate to children under the age of 18. The Smashed Sea is a fictitious place where mermaids drink too much. If you are of legal age, please drink in moderation unless you have had an intense day at work then you can drink all you want.......just kidding. Please be careful, alcoholism is not something to take lightly.

2.) Since all the plushies and dollies are handmade, it means that there are small parts that can be pulled off and swallowed by curious youngsters. These plushies are more like art pieces for hip collectors not for young children.
